Welcome to www.kesay.ca. Kesay and its affiliates (hereinafter “Kesay”) provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit Kesay, you accept these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future Kesay service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Kesay, whether or not included in the Kesay website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. When you visit Kesay or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Your account
By signing up for email blasts and information provided to you via email, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account and for restricting access to your computer. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use Kesay only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Kesay and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content.
